The Greatest Experience
“I originally came to Doctor Setzen for a second opinion on a tonsillectomy. After a very thorough examination, Dr. Setzen found that I had a deviated septum and other sinus issues. Because of a slight deformity on my nose, I inquired about a possible rhinoplasty. I was very impressed with how Dr. Setzen spent as much time as was needed to explain everything to me. He was very professional, patient, and reassuring, and I really felt comfortable and trusted Dr. Setzen to do my surgery. I was very hesitant about the rhinoplasty. I am extremely picky and particular. Dr. Setzen was not pushy he gave me the option and said I’m only going to do it if you really want it. After much thought, I decided to go ahead with it, but I had to be reassured that Dr.setzen knew exactly what I wanted. He took the time to meet with me before surgery to make sure he understood, and that I was comfortable. What impressed me was how he took the time to really listen to me and cared about my concerns. The day of surgery went better than I ever expected. I had 4 procedures all at once and I recovered like a dream. I had a little discomfort from the tonsils but no pain at all from the sinus and nasal surgery, and almost no bruising, I was back at work a week later. I amazed at how much better I was able to breathe, but the best part of it all was the results of the rhinoplasty. I am extremely happy with the way it came out. I get compliments all the time. I am so grateful to Dr. Setzen for his superb care!”
