One of a kind physician. The best kind!
The night before my surgery (septoplasty, turbinate, rhinoplasty), I had a family emergency and considered postponing. I called Dr. Setzen and his warmth and concern were overwhelming. He told me not to worry and that whatever decision was best for the family was good with him. The next morning when I told him I was going to go ahead with it, he reiterated that I could cancel if it didn’t feel the timing wasn’t right. What doctor does that? I had the surgery, and in the weeks following, he continued to check in on my family. I can never thank him enough for his care and compassion. My surgical experience is just as impressive. It was easy, smooth, and with his expertise and skill, I had no pain, and a quick recovery. I never needed a painkiller! I can breathe like I’ve never breathed in my life. I’m so happy with my nose. It fits my face perfectly! So, to recap, Dr. Setzen is compassionate, caring, and one of the best surgeons around. Shout out to Moya who took amazing care of me too!
