Dr. Setzen is without a doubt one of the most impressive doctors I have ever met.
I have had brain fog, fatigue, facial pain/pressure, runny nose and nasal congestion for years. I have visited several specialists, received a brain MRI and had even tried prescription medication, all without a proper diagnoses. Doctor’s told me it was normal and to just give it time, or to work on managing anxiety. No one was able to help me. I went to Dr. Setzen and he immediately was able to pinpoint the exact problem as well as the long-term solution. He was extremely thorough and was able to explain things in a way that I could understand easily. He performed septoplasty, endoscopic sinus surgery, turbinate reduction, eustachian tube ballooning, and balloon sinuplasty a couple weeks after our initial visit. He answered all of my post-op questions whenever I called the office. His bedside manner is unmatchable.
Additionally, Dr. Setzen placed tubes in my son’s ears as well as removed his adenoids. Again, any specialist we took my son to could not offer any help as to why my son was getting ear + sinus infections one right after the other. He was exceptional with my son and was the only surgeon that came into the waiting room several times to reassure us that the procedure was successful.
The Audiologist (Marcia) and Office Manager (Moya) are also absolutely incredible.
Dr. Setzen and his team genuinely care about improving he lives of their patients. Thank you to the entire team for all that you do!
