Referrals for specialty care, if required, must be available before you can be seen, except in emergency situations.
Insurance - Our practice accepts few insurance plans including Medicare and NSH-LIJ. Please contact our office for additional information concerning your insurance plan. Our staff would be happy to address any questions that you may have. Many patients also may have insurance coverage that we do not "participate" in. We will be happy to work with you should you elect to come "out of network" and arrange a satisfactory financial arrangement.
It is the patient's responsibility to know the policy and rules of their individual insurance plans. We will be happy to assist you in any way that we can.
